### Terms and Conditions

#### Payment Options
We accept payments in Cash, specifically in American Dollars ($USD) and Euros (€). For payments made from overseas bank accounts, the full invoice amount must be settled as any bank or transaction fees will not be covered by us. We also accept all major Credit and Debit Cards; however, a 5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions to cover administrative costs. Accepted cards include:

- Visa
- American Express
- Maestro
- Union Pay
- JCB

#### Bookings Payment Policy
1. All group bookings must be pre-paid prior to departure. Any verbal quotes provided are estimates and subject to written confirmation upon reservation.

2. Please note that no credit or refunds will be issued for unused services included in your holiday cost. Alterations to travel plans during your trip are your responsibility, and Safanta Tours & Travel Company Limited is not liable for any additional expenses or complications that may arise.

3. In the event of a delay, your airline is responsible for arranging meals and overnight accommodations. Should you experience flight delays that require additional transfers to join your group, those costs will be your responsibility and can potentially be reclaimed through your insurance.

4. Our prices are based on current exchange rates and on-the-ground pricing. Prices may change at any time before Safanta Tours & Travel Company Limited has accepted your booking. If the price variation exceeds 10% of the total holiday cost, you will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made.

5. Holidays are organized months in advance, and while we strive to maintain all arrangements, we reserve the right to make necessary changes at any time.

6. Compensation for changes does not apply to situations arising from war, riots, strikes, terrorism, natural disasters, and other events outside our control. In such cases, Safanta Tours & Travel Company Limited will offer either a comparable holiday, if available, or a full refund of payments made.

7. Bookings for individuals under eighteen years of age can only be accepted when accompanied by an adult responsible for them.

8. Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as "no shows" or changes of mind on the day of travel, will incur full payment charges as per the confirmation of your reservation.

#### Agents Without Credit
Invoices must be requested at the time of booking. Agents or group organizers are required to provide final client numbers 30 days before arrival. Safanta Tours & Travel Company Limited will issue invoices based on final numbers, which must be settled before arrival.

#### Agents With Credit
Bookings require a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than four weeks before your tour's starting date. If booking occurs within this timeframe, full payment is required upon booking. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, and appropriate cancellation fees may apply. Late bookings are at the discretion of the Director. Safanta Tours & Travel Company Limited is not liable for lost accommodations or activity bookings due to delayed payments.

#### Free of Charge Policy (FOC Policy)
Group leaders or guides will receive complimentary admission when accompanying their group. Any additional complimentary admissions must be approved by the sales department beforehand. Typically, we offer 1 free admission for every 20 paying guests.

#### Children Policy
- Children aged 3 years and under are Free of Charge.
- Children aged 4 to 12 years will pay 50% of the adult rate.
- Children over 13 years will be considered adults.

#### Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, and the following charges will apply based on the cancellation notice period:
- 30 days or more: No Charge
- 20 - 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking value
- 10 - 19 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total booking value
- 1 - 9 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking value
